The common complaint: ask Copilot to format a document or change a font and it gives you instructions on how to do it yourself.
It doesn't actually do it.
Meanwhile, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and dozens of specialist AI tools are pulling ahead. Fast. More capable. More flexible. See Gamma if you want a PowerPoint killer.
Organisations limiting themselves to Copilot because it's bundled are missing the curve. The AI race isn't waiting for Microsoft to catch up.
Worth asking: is your organisation paying for AI your team actually uses? Or locked into a bundle that's already behind, and as a consequence, how far are you falling behind in efficiency gains?
